According to the exclusive payment plan tentatively announced by the developer, customers pay a refundable deposit of 200 million VND, followed by 5% installments, with only 35% required prior to the expected handover. The remaining 60% is paid upon handover, and the final 5% upon receiving the pink book (Ownership Certificate). The developer's official documents have not yet announced the selling price.
